8 Free Things to do in Atlanta in 2024
Yoga on the Square
Every Wednesday from April to October, take advantage of a free outdoor yoga experience presented by lululemon at Colony Square Midtown. All you need to do is arrive a few minutes early for check-in, bring your own yoga mat, and let the zen happen!
Experience a Free Workout Class
Spice up your workout routine with Hills4ATL at Piedmont Park. Be prepared for an intense workout but the vibes are amazing and the instructors are very knowledgeable.

Catch a Great View of the City
Get a view of the amazing Atlanta skylines at the SkyView Ferris. Buying a ticket for less than $20 allows you to take in expansive views of downtown Atlanta and the surrounding metropolitan area. Enjoy comfortable, climate-controlled rides in private gondolas with up to six people.
Take Free Yoga Classes at the Battery
Unless there's an event taking place (AKA Braves game), take part in a yoga class right outside the Battery (Truist Park) every Monday at 6:30pm.
Three-hour free parking is available in the Red, Purple, or Green parking decks when you arrive.
Go Tubing in the Chattahoochee River
Enjoy the beautiful weather the south has to offer and take to North Atlanta to enjoy the natural beauty of the Chattahoochee River.
All you need is a life jacket and raft or tube to go rafting or tubing in the Chattahoochee River National Recreation Area from dawn to nightfall during the summer. Any parking lot access point costs $5 for parking. When you opt to terminate on the river, remember to leave a second automobile there.

Visit Green Market
Savor artisan items, jams, preserves, bakers, and farmers in your community. Everybody can find something to suit them. You can eat breakfast and lunch prepared cuisine and beverages while you shop.Come walk the market and enjoy the fun every Saturday from 9 am – 1 pm, now until December 7, 2024.
Take Part in a Family Feud Taping
Family Feud has been back taping in Atlanta’s very own Tyler Perry Studios and it is a hit amongst tourist and locals as free things to do in the ATL. Family Feud has specific dates that are completely free. Just know the taping schedules can be very long.
